DIPY will sorely miss the DIWALI TAMASA. The scientists will do all the simulation DIWALI TAMASA on the Supercomputers. If DIPY had the supercomputer, he can participate in the Tamasa.
New Delhi: India cancelled its sixth nuclear test at Pokhran after scientists told the government that they
did not need any more data to strengthen nuclear capability, national security adviser Brajesh Mishra
revealed this in an interview to a private TV channel.

Mishra said that this indicated that India was ready to sign the CTBT after discussing the issue in the
newly formed Lok Sabha. ?Consensus is building about our stand on signing the CTBT and after
Parliament meets, we will be in a position to take concrete steps,? he said.

Mishra said: ?I can reveal this for the first time that our scientists told us after the fifth explosion that we
did not need any more data, so we cancelled the sixth explosion.?The US had asked India to prepare
favourable ground before President Clinton?s visit which meant that we sign the CTBT, but we have our
own views on this subject.?
