She has to convince her colleagues in the House to agree, or it won't happen. The Freedom Caucus has at least 45 members now, so McCarthy doesn't have a lot of choice but to agree.

We'll see if the rest of them go along, but if this statement is true. It sounds like they're getting positive feedback from Rep House members.
