Under "risk factors," the prospectus notes: "The Year 2000 industry is, at present, an extremely narrow and potentially short-term industry. While companies in the same industry are often faced with the same obstacles, issues, or regulatory burdens, and their securities react similarly to, and move in unison with, these or other market conditions, companies in the Y2K industry will be especially susceptible to new technologies and processes developed by competitors or customers."
