Did the SEC change (remove) the rules for a quiet period following an IPO? How was ROKU CEO Anthony Wood allowed to be on Bloomberg TV this morning, when ROKU was trading in the 17 to 18 level? I wouldn't be surprised if there are repercussions, including cancelling the IPO. At a minimum they need a revised prospectus.
