If Enviro-Tec charges $10/bbl, how much of that money does it get to keep AND how much goes to the state (I'm not talking about taxes). It's just that article seemed to say that the waste-disposal companies were lobbying the state to reduce the fees charged. Are these fees charged to them??? Only way it makes sense to reduce them, otherwise they would want them raised. Kurt
