First of all, your definition of groupthink is pretty simplistic. Secondly, it's not true that anyone who speaks "outside the Groupthink" is "being contentious and disruptive". As a matter of fact, YOU are contentious, provocative, and disruptive. I have seen others on this thread challenge NTAP in terms of EMC and other storage competitors in a RESPECTFUL and GRACIOUS WAY, and they have been treated in kind. You have been accorded the reaction that you've received NOT because of the content of your posts but because of your arrogant and condescending style. Try posting in a reasonable and respectful way, and your particular idea of Groupthink will dissolve faster than my NTAP has.
