Just heard on FOX that Allawi issued a demand that leaders in Falluja hand over al Zarkawi, or his and American troops will launch an attack against their enclaves. Reminds me Bush's ultimatum against the Taliban.

edit - sounds like this is going to be the October surprise... complete some unfinished business.
