Idiot. When the economy is stagnant, you're going to have less driving.

But if you want to quit building roads on the West Coast, go for it.

It will be fine with the rest of us if you idiots can't move around. I would start by blocking the eastbound lanes of all Interstate highways coming out of WA, OR and CA.
