I have been tracking the NetRadio site for several months,and that is why I am fully confident they are moving as fast as possible---it is very evident they have been pouring money into the web-site---and I have been quite pleased with it. Also,as I have stated before,Paulsen is not the delay factor--but it is the bankers and lawyers drawing up the S-1(they tend to be huge documents)---Paulsen also stated at the CC he can NOT be precise because if he was the SEC could slam a 60 day "cooling off period" for violating the quiet period---the press release they did bring out they probably had reviewed by the SEC before they released it--in my opinion,smart money will be accumulating next week---Good Luck,Max90
