Hi richard surckla; Re: "I have been told that this will have to be included in the expensed of this quarters report." That's just more lies from the bashers. Rambus is innocent, and since they will win in court, nothing could be more obvious than that they don't have to report the bogus fine. And anyway, the judge is in Virginia, what's he gonna do? Seize their headquarters? Clearly the California government is going to back Rambus on this one. And California has way more military installations than Virginia. -- Carl
