Every President inherits situations from his predecessor. True. He is accountable for his handling of it. He's not accountable for the mess he inherited. According to the crowd here, he is responsible for everything bad that ever happened. Face it, with North Korea run by lunatics, and South Korea ready to do anything to appease, options were always limited. China has the trump card there; it's there backyard. China will probabably bestir itself after Japan declares its intentions to get nukes in self-defense.
