Per se PRO SE. The video explained how the Brunson Bros have done this before - all the way to the Supreme Court, and that it could be to their advantage. It may have helped in the selection of the case - for the Supreme Court to use as an example for the power of the individual. They seemed sure that the Supreme Court keeps an eye on cases moving up through the court system and that this one must have caught someone's eye. It seems to be on a fast track now that its been docketed. Convenient timing - while Congress is out of session. The trumpet thing - too cool!
