There's a good chance it'll close above 55 today. But Ramsey is right. Many nervous about external factors, especially now that Lewdwinski will likely be prosecuted, and a sequel is imminent in the Gulf. Buying is light, so a close above 55 today is not necessarily significant.

And this release seemed to cause a small dip in trading shortly after it hit the wire about 2:05pm:
