Y'know, if I remember right (and I might not, it's been so long :-)) Hustler Magazine used a very similar quantitative scale. It was shown as a little icon next to their movie reviews. To draw an analogy, the little hand ranged from 2 to 6 pm. The later the "time", the less efficacious the video product was.
