I don’t think anyone expected Ukraine to push back as hard as it did and everyone expected Russia to be sharper militarily. The underpaid and under supplied Russian soldier would rather be drinking vodka than fighting. If I was helping Ukraine I would parachute pallets of over proof vodka into Russian encampments.
