Time's Cooper held in contempt of court again in leak probe

Judge Thomas F. Hogan ordered Time reporter Matthew Cooper jailed for as long as 18 months, but stayed his order until after the case is heard by the appeals court. "As Yogi Berra says, 'It's deja vu all over again,'" the judge said at yesterday's hearing. Cooper refuses to name his sources for a story on CIA agent Valerie Plame.
