Cramer gets SEC Subpoena, along with TheStreet.com - and 83% in vote approve

Cramer just announced that he, and TheStreet.com, got a subpoena from the SEC.

On Kudlow's show, one of the journalists indicated that the subpoenas had been signed off on by the number 2 person at the SEC - the Director of Enforcement.

In a poll taken for CNBC, the public voted 83% NO to the question, "Did the SEC overstep its bounds by issuing the subpoenas?" That is as of 6:36PM EST. You can still vote, or see the results:
