1. THREAD: The Twitter Files, Part Six TWITTER, THE FBI SUBSIDIARY
twitter.com

.....

Comment to Matts feed above..

Shiver,

"Chilling, yes, but NOT because of what has been revealed. Chilling because, once again, NOTHING of import will be revealed. NO 'bad guys' will face anything but lucrative private-sector contracts and, in several already extant cases, renewed Gubmint positions of Power.

The thread merely confirms, broadly, what anyone with two working brain cells to rub together knew (per the "Conspiracy Theory" definition of "knew") two years ago.

I say "broadly" confirms because NOT ONE of the actual players in the gubmint (FBI or anyone else) has EVER YET been identified in these so-called "released" Twitler Files, EVERY identifying mark has been REDACTED. In fact, NOTHING has been revealed beyond further fuel for "conspiracy theories" because NO SPECIFICS of who in gubmint did what, and when, and how egregiously, has been revealed.

Nor, dare I prognosticate, will they be.

This is of a piece with the Barr / Durham (Bondo / PaintJob) "investigations" that painted every involved agent and agency of Gubmint as at once dupes of liars and, simultaneously, innocent purveyors of "errors" in FISA warrants, Mueller investigations etc. Charge some low-level flunky with lying, intentionally do NOT charge any higher-ups, find the flunky(ies) not guilty (or in once case guilty, but no fine, jail, or even disbarment) and say "see, justice has been served."

So, as always, there's just "unsubstantiated" suspicions. Some further low-level gubmint flunkies may possibly be charged (don't count on it) or even brought to trial (even poorer chance), but the real players named and convicted of true violations of Law and Constitution?

Puh-leeze. This is a massive snowjob, and Elon Musk is just playing his role. Every bit of business he does is intimately connected to, funded by, and dependent on Gubmint action.

Grand Kabuki.

another reply to Matt's thread,

"How to create a one party government"

"One party rule is not the same as uniparty governance. Comparison of the last two administrations makes this very obvious."

Shiver says..,

Uniparty government was established long ago. Try the 1940s at absolute minimum, but the 1870s was the true origin.

The War of Northern Aggression ended Federalism and the Constitution as intended by the likes of Madison. What we have is the Constitution as intended (and as actually written, words matter) by the likes of Hamilton.

Fedzilla does, some State or person objects, Fedzilla then rules (via Fedzilla's SCOTUS and/or via Congress) if Fedzilla did OK.

Funny how often it rules in its own favor, eh? And we all just say "oh okay" and the 50-yd line moves that much further in the same direction. Over, and over, rinse, repeat.

Madison wrote (and Jefferson pseudo-agreed) in the 1830s, better the usurpation of SCOTUS declaring itself final arbiter of what is or is not Constitutional than disunity.

I beg to differ.

............

SL,

"Agree, we have Hamiltonian version. And, of course, they mock us with the Broadway musical.
Most of history is a lie, including the T. Roosevelt era of "Trust Busting". It created a path for corporatism and the creation of the Fed. But origins began with the civil war as you mention.
