3.1M units priced at 11.30 Cdn entitled to first distribution paid on 11-15-04. Fair number of new shares to be absorbed. Also some older holders getting restless waiting for latest purchases to hit and help bottom line. A counterbalance is the newly created funds that have been buying many of the O&G trusts the last 3 days.
