Andy, I think that small investors are confused. Although price is dropping to very attractive levels, its all retail and the bid and ask size is small. Big boys are watching. When volume dries up, they'll come in and pay the higher price that they create as they run out of time. I still read Robinson's statement as an announcemnt next week, followed by a series of clinical announcements. October will be a very exciting month, and there is no need to delay the announcement (maybe they will wait until Oct 6, the first trading day of the final 20 days prior to the call, but September 30 is also a reasonable date).
