OSO Yeah I saw that post. (Thanks Mang!) Yes OSO you have to revise those calcs of yours - ever so "slightly"! Like the way they are focusing on a product that will more than likely bring LSI less than $50 million next year (wild high end guess) at most and one to which CSCO has admitted will not be a high volume product. With current revenues of 1.3 billion 50m is not all that much. Amazes me how weak reporting can be sometimes. First 3 billion in 1999 and now a CSCO routers = buy LSI ! Nope. BUT they do have a point about the valuation - undoubtedly this price is not bad - LSI does not trade too many times at (much reduced) forward P/Es under 20. And as time has shown that P/E can expand to 30 in a heart beat! So when does LSI hit 60? Here's my guess: ^%&$#@^%$%#$
