That's exactly why insiders aren't buying Yahoo stock.

They aren't expecting to make any money.

No matter how you spin this...it looks bad...real bad for this many insiders to be selling 4% of all shares outstanding this early in the game.

By the way, Stanford also filed to sell 50,000. Since Yahoo is supposedly going to go up forever, and earnings are irrelevant to this company, I wonder why they aren't buying instead?
