This is the year when I'll be sitting at my laptop getting cable modem speeds without wires. Wire services and industry rhetoric won't stop that from happening. Those providers who can't offer that type of service will be left in the dust. Nice vision, except the part about the laptops. Does anyone know if someone is making a wireless modem card for desktop computers?
