Then why did he grant a continuance? What you say makes no sense. At all. Why am I not surprised?

Listen carefully: had the judge made up his mind, he'd have delivered a ruling, no? He did not do this, did he? Should we assume that he wanted a few days to examine the evidence produced at yesterday's hearing?
