All,

IPO OXNY

This software company was started in 1994 by three former Microsoft employees. The price will be between $9-11, 3.1 million shares, trading starts Feb 12 (or so). Schwab is offering shares, if they have any left. Anyone have any thoughts on this IPO?

Regarding IPOs in general...Do you have to hold them for any specific length of time before you sell them? Are they generally good investments? Is there something to look for when reading the perspectus?

Delphi, GM IPO DPH, is suppose to come out tomorrow. I am in the auto parts business and I like this one but the float is 100million shares to start. It is a huge company and GM will initially own 83%. Delphi is a world wide business and has agreements with GM.
