I am watching the former Soviet Union closely as of late.

I know that when the Apartheid'ers split from South Africa (trying to pawn off their high cost, deep gold mines to Blacks and trying to make themselves look good in the process), they headed to the Soviet Union, the South Pacific, and Canada to continue their quest for cheap labor and product.

I suspect it is the same clan at it there in Russia.
