Hi Don Green; It looks like some of Rambus' employees did a bit of emmmmmm, ahhhhh, stretching the truth on the witness stand. I can hardly wait to see the rest of Judge Payne's legal decision. By the way, it took Transmeta one month to collect up 16 shareholder lawsuits. Rambus has managed to swing 11 in their first 6 days. Transmeta had pulled in 8 in their first week. So my guess for the final shareholder lawsuit count is 22. Any other guesses? -- Carl
