I heard the tape in which Arestovich committed his crime against Ukraine (after a lifetime of being a pro-Ukrainian ideologue). He explained that the missile that damaged the building was actually shot down by Ukr air defenses. It fell to the ground - and exploded. It so happened that it fell on the driveway, on the approach to the building.

Pro Ukr accounts went wild, accusing him of treason, of being the voice of Russian propaganda, and so on. The usual. Now he’s resigning. No idea whether he was forced - or was it his own decision.
