I think your rule of N times the news applies today. Reducing OS shares by 29% is good and a step in the right direction. Now if CSMA were able to reduce OS shares by 41% (if it got rid of the Oil&Gas) leaving only revenue generator/soon to be profit center Ad-Hatters and Enviro-Tec then I would have been extremely impressed.
