Nadine, The 90% is usually kept in money markets or T-Bills, though I have gone out as far as two year notes in certain situations. For example, when premiums are low, as in 1990 and 1991, I had a lot of two year notes collateralizing cheap Leap calls I was long in the tech sector. That relationship no longer exists. I think that Leaps are higher priced than the stocks themselves today. <g>
