Hi all; SmartModular comments on RDRAM market penetration back in March: Memory Digest Newsletter, Smart Modular Technologies, March 2001 ... Infineon Scales back DRAMs ... Despite Intel's rollout of the Pentium 4, Infineon has temporarily suspended manufacturing RDRAM memories. The firm has not manufactured Rambus parts since October and in early February was still selling parts from inventory, awaiting demand growth before resuming RDRAM production. ... FTC Investigates Rambus ... The market penetration of RDRAM memory chips still hasn't happened.
