If what you suggest will create jobs, then t is certainly a good idea.<< It would do both, reduce our dependence on oil and hire a lot of peopel to install the new boilers who would be paid out of the oil savings thus transfering money from the middle east to local plumbers e.g. Same with the car exchange, lots of jos would be created and the money to pay them would come out of the savings in gas consumption. So instead of the money going to the middle east it would go to our workers.
