No preopen or close prints. The prints last nite were far earlier that earnings and look like late prints, etc.

My concern in forecasting a positive open is that futures are down 4.5 as i am writing this,which is a negative. GTW though will be positive and some other techs look good. QNTM # and more imporrtantly the conference call guidance were very positive, so if the market doesnt take, I think the stock moves higher, yet i think it will be difficult to overcome a bearish open.

-Figure flat perhaps, selling with the dow, and look for the next positive day for the stock, and wdc to break out.
