Still have a bring your own access account on AOL too for the same reasons you stated. There is a bit more in content AOL offers than most other ISPs too. For example, Businessweek is free on AOL. All of Businessweek. It is around $30/year on its regular site. There are some others I am sure that do not come to mind.

Growth my be slowing in the US and Europe has been a problem due to free access. Nothing truely is for free so growth may pick up again due to Asia and South America. Also, subscriber growth could slow but revenues from e-commerce and other alliances are growing.
