Everybody wants to talk about belling the NK cat, but they don't want to come out and say they are doing it. They will let us do it. They really are not in a position to stop us from blockading NK. But they won't get out in front of it.

Is China going to help behind the scenes? TWT. If they let NK move goods though Chinese ports, we could be stymied. But NK pretty well has to move it with their Merchant Marine. Not on Chinese or other Foreign shipping.
