Yet it was improper to leave the Cole bombing to Clinton's successor... Despite the events in Georgia happening about 5 months before Dubya left office. The Cole happened about 2 months before the Big Dog left office and there had to be a determination of who was responsible. It was sort of obvious who was responsible in Georgia.
