The database versions 7.1 and higher are y2k compliant, all the developer 2000 tools are y2k compliant. Some of the clients with applications written in older versions of the products like forms 3.0 and sql*reportwriter might have problems. I'm sure that any version of their application software that is actually stable enough to have built anything around would be y2k compliant. At least Oracle claims their products listed above are y2k compliant.
