Hi Tomasso and Taikun,
It seems nobody can sell exchangeable shares for cash since there are no quotes and evidently they are simply neither listed nor bought and sold. The only thing one can do with exchangeable shares is to exchange them for units which then of course can be sold on the exchange.
I think they originate in some kind of private deal. When we measure our wealth in 9 figures,:-), I suppose we'll be approached for such deals.
