That is another crock.
How in the world would a Vietnamese peasant living out in the boonies in a little river village know anything about Kerry's medals or any medals or how they get approved? Or for that matter what a medal is?

This village must be the one that bought a satellite dish and HDTV at Best Buy. The rest are still waiting to be taught how to use a light bulb.
