I conciously choose to stay out of the O'Reilly debate the same way I tried to stay out of the Clinton debate. Fact is, bosses who did or did not have sexual relations with their interns or direct reports are a matter for themselves or civil courts to sort out. If O'Reilly did harrass his employee, he should face the music.

To focus or take glee from one instance while ignoring or defending another would have made me guilty of double standards. If I did, I could never wake up each morning and face myself in the mirror if there was even an inkling, a shadow of doubt in my mind that I could be a gutless shameless hypocrite.
