He has very clearly stated his reasons and his meaning for the word "moot" with this sentence from him:

Can you state your reasons on why you do not agree with that statement instead of ridiculing that statement. Now if you do not want to, then exercise your judgement and just shut the hell up. Keep the discussions decent and healthy.

I presume I do not have to say anything more about the second part of your diatribe since you are sensible and intelligent enough to get my point.

You know well that some of us have been very disappointed and annoyed with the persistent posts from stockman. But in all of his posts, he has maintained the decorum of this thread and hence does not qualify for a ban. Expressing an opinion directly and indirectly as scott has done by posting the URLs is something what we are proud to do in a democratic society. His posts may have become a nuisance due to the repetitions of the same theme. but it certainly is not offensive as your post is because they are personal attacks and ridicule.
