based on the facts I have (which are simply nasdaq listing requirements) my best guess is that there is a very good chance of a delisting. It doesn't appear to matter how much the payments were or are going to be. The issue is the bid price of the stock which has not met the listing requirements (remember there are multiple requirements). The company was advised, they made some financial moves which under better circumstances might have led to the $1.00 per share, but it hasn't. The co has presented additional information to nasdaq (which I am not privy to) and asked for more time.
As for me I choose to prepare for the worst (in this case raise some cash to buy when people panic and sell) and hope for the best.
