This thread really isn't the place to debate the issue but it's Sunday.

I think the answer is obvious in a humanistic and democratic sense.

It's all in giving equal opportunity access to information the internet provides. To charge people by the minute would be limiting in an elitist manner. It would deny people who could otherwise afford what they're entitled to.

It's a new day coming with new spins on our personal freedoms.

Since I put the notice here I've received some beautifully inspired cc's to my personal email from people expressing the right of personal freedom liaisoned to fair access of this internet information for everyone.

(I knew you meant FCC instead of FCA. No BFD...OK?)
