Thanks, Gina, for the 'AP' correction.

The Judicial Watch suit was mentioned in some of their mailings... I'll try to verify for you.

(It's possible that the Boston Globe has joined in some of these requests or suits... as they are the one organization who has run the most 'ink', and for the longest time, on the whole 'Guard service' issue, and had filed FOIA requests....)
