What Bill and Melinda are doing is OUTSTANDING....Thanks for sharing. For those of you critical of that TED talk, pull your head out of your ideological ass and thank them for doing what the government is incapable of doing effectively. As for not paying taxes.....thank God....if they did, the government would just piss it away.
