NTAP would have to drop pretty far before anyone would shell out the billion or more to do it, I don't think NTAP will drop more then 4, 5 more points if that, they are not going out of biz. Furthermore, most of the computer companies have way too many problems to address as it is, particularly HWP and CPQ, DELL is hell bent on doing it all by themselves. I could see maybe IBM due to their service strength. It's wild speculation as it is to be thinking about NTAP being bought at this time, but two years from now, if the stock continues to languish, it might be happen. You would have to have a better performing sector, economy, etc etc before anyone is going to be making big deals.
