I am in agreement with most of your conclusions.

RE: I expect the peak revenues of the track and thermco divisions to be in th $300-400M range, up from $200M.

Aren't revenues for those divisions higher right now? They shipped less than 50 Micrascans in the past year at $5-$7 mil. a piece so the rest of their approximately $650 in revenues must come from those divisions, right?

Where am I going wrong here?
