Al, I'm a bit 'green' on this subject but don't the shareholders AND the BOD have to agree, in the majority, to increase the # of authorized shares? as per stockholders meeting and/or proxy vote. I could be wrong, but I've found nothing to substantiate your claim of an 100% increase of authorized shrs. Currently GLCP is authorized to sell 50,000,000 shrs. TIA JR
