Times are a-changin'...

Only a few months ago did Alan Greenspan hinted about the Market's "Irrational Exuberance" meaning the Market is too High. Now that the Market is much much higher, he changed his tune to keep up with the Changing Times. He is now saying about the Tame Inflation environment that resulted in Higher Market Valuation--- because of the Higher Productivity among the American People!...

What is Higher Productivity anyway?...Well, we may not be aware of it but every living thing---from Us Humans who inhabit this planet earth to All those microscopic living things that make use of our Bodies as Planets to live in---attain Higher Productivity, as we adapt to the ever-changing environment. Let's take an example of a human being, the sole breadwinner of the family, who got Laid off from his job that pays $20 an hour (replaced by a computer in the company's quest for Higher Productivity). To continue with his family's lifestyle, he took a lower paying job of $10 per hour then another for $5 per hour and then, instead of jogging in the streets for exercise raised vegetables in his backyard... In short, he and his family emerged healthier and richer than before!...

Times are a-changin'...Can we take advantage of it to have Higher Returns in our Investments?...
