My wife works for a large company in the software area. She says the people from India with Masters Degrees equal our high school grads. One of the India Masters people blew and did not test his part of a program and it blew programs all over the US and Canada

My experience of working with Indians in IT was that they ranged all over the map. Many of the IIT grads equalled anything MIT produces; others were just totally incompetent. And everything in between.
